Description

Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a next-generation single-molecule peptide designed to activate three complementary metabolic receptors simultaneously - GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. Its triple-agonist profile is studied for effects on energy homeostasis, appetite regulation, thermogenesis, glucose and lipid metabolism, and body-composition markers in metabolic research models. Supplied as a sterile lyophilised vial; reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and store refrigerated between 2-8 °C once prepared.

Storage and handling

Keep the sealed vial refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C and away from direct light. Do not freeze unless your protocol requires it.

Once reconstituted, keep the vial sealed and refrigerated, and aliquot rather than warming and cooling the same container repeatedly. Note the reconstitution date on the label.
