Description

Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue and pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) studied for its ability to stimulate natural growth-hormone release via the ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a). Its selectivity is of particular research interest, as it produces a comparatively clean GH signal with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin relative to earlier GHRPs. Supplied as a 5 mg lyophilised vial and frequently studied alongside CJC-1295.

Storage and handling

Keep the sealed vial refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C and away from direct light. Do not freeze unless your protocol requires it.

Once reconstituted, keep the vial sealed and refrigerated, and aliquot rather than warming and cooling the same container repeatedly. Note the reconstitution date on the label.
